Tina,I know a little about Miligroup. But my knowlege is only a few weeks old, however, I have met the founder Mr.Cuong Do. He owns a home across the street from my brother-in-law(Archie). That home is supposedly one of at least 25 that he personally owns. This home is priced just over a million dollars in an area where homes range from 1 to 7 million dollars. Mr. Do seems to be a decent person, but that is a first impression. My searches for negatives have been fruitless thus far. I, like you am sceptical of the claims that they make when it comes to wealth building, but I am keeping an open mind, and I intend to take advantage of their offer to be trained in real estate courses. I am currently enrolled in a real estate class at Sierra College, with the intension of completing the block of 6 RE classes. My purpose is to invest money that I have saved up over time. Real Estate is one of the best ways to do that with the right support. So far I have attended 2 introductory classes at the Miligroup offices in Sacramento. I have decided to enroll in one of their Loan Officer Trainning Courses. The cost is $75.00 for a back ground check fee, and $75.00 for the course fee. I need to find out why the $75.00 fee if the courses are supposed to be free. I will keep you posted. My brother-in-law and my sister (his wife) signed associate contracts, back in March. My sister has her real estate liscense, and is now an agent for Miligroup. Archie is an associate and only has to re-take the RE axam to re-activate his liscense. I have 3 reasons for trusting that the Miligroup is not a fraud: 1) They are not requiring large sums of money as a condition. 2) I trust Archie and his judgement as he has substantial experience in the real estate market, and 3) I know where the owner of Miligroup lives.
For your own info you can go to the California Department of Real Estate website at www.dre.org.
I apoligize for the extreme length of this reply, but I understand your concern about this company and I hope that this helps you.
Sincerely, P.S. Feel free to contact me.

| PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT. It has been done before, but never successfully. In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace. NEWS FLASH: I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday. I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish. I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?). I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!" Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures. If you cannot accept or agree with the terms of service for this website and discussion board, you are advised not to post on this board. In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact. And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!). |
