I think that you may have some business advisors who are not giving you the best advice.
Being able to do something is a lot different from doing the right thing.
Or, to put it differently, my right to swing my fist at you ends about a millimeter from your nose (not that I would hit you; after 20+ years in the military, I've had enough of violence). Sure, I can go that extra millimeter, but the consequences can be enormous (especially if you don't share my disdain of violence!). The same thing goes for what you are proposing here. Sure, it *CAN* be done, but the potential consequences aren't worth it.
Do be careful. There are so many ways to make money legally and ethically that "pushing the envelope" in this area isn't worth it. I suggest that you stop looking for ways to get around the "right" way and focus your considerable energies on doing things that will profitably help people. I think that's what people are encouraging you to do.
