There's even a software version of something like "Magick machines."
There's also books out there that claim to teach you how to manipulate things so that you can get any woman you want to fall into bed with you (no gender equality in the ones I saw -- they're only aimed at the male market.) Bad books on viral marketing claim you can come up with an ad campaign that is so virtually irresistable that it guarantees you wealth and success.

Not really. And "orgone" is a long-debunked concept in physics (it doesn't exist. But this doesn't stop True Believers from building "orgone devices." The power of bias guarantees that they remember the successes and forget the failures (or brush them off as tuning problems.)
You can "change the universe" (as you know) by changing your attitude to it. Changing your expectations of things (like wealth) leaves you open to spotting things more easily (like entrepreneurial opportunities.)
But the human brain and human psychology is much more complex than the "simple answers" sites would have you believe.
I'm going to quit at this point before I get into the long lecture about physics, psychology, memes, and schema. I'm willing to answer technical questions, though (including some of the math) if this isn't enough detail for you.
