Thank you Jim for reiderating my point made in my previous posting. A person definatly needs to have a diet plan, and yes it would be ideal to have a medical professional involved. (Providing you have an insurance plan that would cover the expense, the likes of which is doubtful for someone other than the morbidly obease) The majority of us cannot afford a nurtionist of pesonal trainer, I know I cant. lol..
The basic, burn off more calories than you eat, viewpoint is just the very tip of the iceberg. In referance to your posting with note of medical conditions, it is very important to consider those of us who cant do rigorus cardiovascular activities. With that being said you must take into consideration the exersise is a "supplement" to a diet plan. You do not need to exersise to loose weight. The basis of a successful diet is calorie intake, ot exersise. Although some sort of exersise regiment greatly enhances your results and health. But not all of us can do that. "Having been there, done that, and got the disabled veteran sticker". Now, in keeping with the original topic of this posting, the Apple Diet Patch is a supplement to a diet plan, just like exersise is. It does not promise to loose the weight for you, as I've said before. Having the medical conditions that I now have to live with, I would also like to add that I recieved permission from my Cardiologist to begin use of this patch. It will not interact with any of my percriptions and the ingrediants are all natural, which is a winner in my book. Again the patch is NOT THE DIET itself, you must have a plan in place. But I will say with experiance that the apple diet patch will help you in your efforts. And who doesnt need a little help???
