Totally violates the TOS (Terms of Service) you must agree to when you register with PayPal. They can and have seized accounts for participation in these Illegal Ponzi Schemes!

POSITION..2 ---) chestahcheetah@hotmail.comPositions 1 & 2 represent individuals (possibly the same person) who are participating in an illegal scheme. Either they know it is illegal and continue anyway, spamming boards such as this one - also illegal, or they don't know it's illegal, and are clueless - blindly following what someone else sold them.
In addition to possibly losing your PayPal account, and any deposits at the time of seizure, you could also lose your internet service for spamming.
The payback for those who chose to participate is rarely anything like the thousands of dollars claimed, as the PayPal program watches for multiple small deposits as this is indicative of illegal pyramid schemes, chain letters, etc.
