You obviously misunderstood the terms. I read through the entire website - and what it says is that they will not send out checks for less than $100.00 - if payment by check is what your preference is, there is also payment which is by PayPal - and there is no amount restriction that way. The other issue is that you said you have to make $100. - they guarantee that you get your 29.00 back if you don't make $250 for your first month, but you must contact the company to get a refund.
Now those are only part of the terms from the website, maybe you should go back and reread it so you understand where you went wrong and so you won't be spreading incorrect information around just because of a misunderstanding you had.
And as for posting your site on google, they have absolutely no control over what gets posted to another companies site - they submit your information - that's all they are required to do, it is up to Google as to whether or not they will post your site. If you want to make sure Google posts your site you are certainly free to pay Google to do so. That is the only guarantee you have that it will show up there. Realize you are only paying $29.00 what do you expect, the MOON? You get what you pay for - and here, it is only that they will submit your information to websites, they can not guarantee that it will get posted... My advice... If you do register with the company - post to free classified ads websites yourself, hand out business cards, purchase the product and give out samples with a flyer attached with the website info on it.
Now come on... you don't really know for sure that it is a scam now, do you???
