The Mili Group does not take your money and invest it in their name,,, they suggest where you can put your money for the highest returns. There are no guarantees concerning the interest.

But there is a guarantee that you won't lose your money. One of the vehicles is an Equity Index Life Insurance Policy. Your contribution will receive the interest rate based on an index (i.e) of the Standard & Poor Index 500.

You participate in the growth of the stockmarket without actually being IN the stockmarket.

It is an investment grade insurance contract that is tax free you have access to your money & the best part it is tax free coming out.(which is excellent for retirees).. This is just one of the vehicles of equity management that I study with the Mili Group

So, if the Index goes up 12%, you would gain 7-8% of that percent on your principal.

But if the Standard & Poor Dropped below 4%, you would still realize 2% on your Life Contract amount. These are long term investment strategies...

Why isn't everybody doing it?

I had never heard of the 1.95% loan or equity management until 5 years ago. I am an old woman... no one told me.. I have been around long enough to have paid 10% interest and was glad to get it.

You must be careful with these types of investment contracts. When I was with an earlier group, they were selling a less than perfect similar model but without the guarantee.

The interest rate you receive is based on the performance of the Standard & Poor Index 500

Take this as an example.... Your mortgage payment, car note, credit cards are at $2,500 per month... You refinance your home to the low "start rate" and roll in all your debts, so your monthly cash going out is now $1,500, you have $1,000 per month free... What do you do with that money?

You start saving $700.00 per month. At the end of a 12 month period, you have over $8,000 in a side fund.

Okay, you can do that for the next 4 years, you have accumulated over $40,000 in cash. Now with an ARM you will have negative amoritization, but you can fix that by paying the negative down with the money you are saving each month.
and still have cash to spare.

If you have dilligently paid your mortgage like most people do, your payments have been applied to interest... not principal... and you have little or no savings for an emergency. Now that $8,000 - $40,000 is earning interest whether it is 5% or 8%. It wasn't doing anything sitting in a structure.

Take the scenario to rental houses that you might own, maybe you own 2-5, you can do the same thing. This is what the Mili Group teaches... No pressure to do this they just present the facts of what financial planners advise for their clients.

NOTICE TO SCUMBEEZLES
(you know who you are... you scream "Foul!" when the truth comes out)
PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT.  It has been done before, but never successfully.  In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace.
NEWS FLASH:  I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday.  I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish.  I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?).  I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!"
Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures.

In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact.
And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!).
