In Response To: Re: Corporate Credit and Ray Reynolds (Mel. White)

Greetings:
I purchased this product to gain corporate credit. The Ray Reynolds blueprint did not materialized any credit.I was billed monthly $99. for information that I already had. I Goggle search (How to start a corporation) I followed the informaation and paid the state fee of $100. I was then a corporation along with all the state sealed form identifying my corporation. Ray reynolds associates started sending me information on how to start a corporation in my home state and how to start one in the state of Nevada. I emphasised that I had a corporation I need information on how to develope corporate credit. I was sent a small list of corporations that are known to give credit to new corporations (Radio Shacks, Ace Hardware, Home depot..)I contacted the associate at the number I was provided and explained of my dissatisfaction with this program and I told them to cancel my account(personal credit card). The associate became arrogant and the following month another associate called and became threatening and I returned the hostility and the phone calls stopped! But they continue to charge my credit card $99.I had to cancel that credit card and I dispute the charges.I am still receiving e mail from Ray Reynold to attend a live seminar via internet.
The question I asked myself after cancelling my account is "Why would somone I don't know would share their secrets about becoming wealthy or better yet their competiter living next door? I thought for a quick second and said I wouldn't share many things with my own family members. I am a complete stranger to this man. I know for my personal experience through the "Don't bring the pain home." program that I paid into was just that. The pain never left home via PC. No-one would give up their secrets on becoming wealthy, just enough to bring you to the Circus tent and introduce you to the bearded lady outside the tent and then asked for more money to purchase a ticket to enter and see the man who has been crying for over a million years. The next thing you know reality kicks in and you ask yourself. What the Hell just happen."
The message that I want to send to you who read this is Goggle search your desire (How to....) and get the information for free or little out of pocket money. But if you feel that you are special then I will suggest that you invest in a pre-paid Visa card and give them that information. worst case scenario is that they can't take funds from a card if their is no funds available.
So take it for what its worth. Greed is good, its the America way!!!
Phillip

I'm not sure where he's going with it, but I can tell you that if you
>> open a business account separate from your checking account and if you set
>> up a tax number and a DBA (doing business as), then it's easy to get a
>> bank credit card for your business.

>> If you're known in the area, you can make arrangements with merchants
>> to buy something on credit in the name of your business (I bought a
>> copier.) It was a standard store credit purchase... no hassle, no lawyers,
>> and only the credit agreement to sign.

NOTICE TO SCUMBEEZLES
(you know who you are... you scream "Foul!" when the truth comes out)
PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT.  It has been done before, but never successfully.  In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace.
NEWS FLASH:  I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday.  I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish.  I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?).  I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!"
Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures.

By posting messages and/or content on the Friends In Business (Scams 101) Message Board, you give permission for Lesley Fountain/Friends In Business/Shoestring Success Publications to display, distribute and use the posting and content for publication, advertising, promotion, excerption or example.         In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact.
And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!).
