William, you're the greatest!!! Absolutely. Check your email.
YOU MIGHT BE AN MLM JUNKIE IF.....
You not only know the history of Noni MLM, but the entire assemblage of fruit drinks that followed it.
You refer to MLM schemes as 'opportunities'.
You are familiar with the vagaries of MLM pay-out plans and figure if you just get in one that isn't run by those freakin' Aussies everything will be ok (seriously...I have no idea what the heck the difference is between one-upped and two-upped and am really wondering how the Aussies fit in . Discussions of MLM pay plans just makes me want to UPCHUCK!
You defend your product mix as "There are worse things.."
You believe there really are any good luck stories about MLM.
Amway inoculated me against MLM. Their intentional misdirection from the start put me off and should be enough warning to anybody, but there's too many people who just can't resist the pull of a 'new' business opportunity. Not sure what the payout plan really was. Like every MLM I've ever looked at, they're cloaked in Byzantine mumbo jumbo. I never 'bought into' that mess. Every other MLM disaster I've witnessed since then is a result of similar business practices. It's not that you can't make money at these (you probably cashed more than a few checks?) It's just that there's too little PROFIT. Using a longtime legal company like Amway as an example all you need to do is google and you can read about TOP TIER people who were only NETTING like 50k. It's all smoke and mirrors. And it's cultish. As a result of my early warning BS detector I have avoided all actual involvement (other than exposing and illuminating the frauds and the realities). Therefore I have no legacy health and fitness products to unloa...sell.
I'm so naive that I don't even know what Noni tastes like. I don't believe in all the nutritional supplement mumbo jumbo. Just eat a balanced diet of burgers and coke and don't forget to take that aspirin everyday. When finished, relax and fire up a Marlboro. What could go wrong?

| PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT. It has been done before, but never successfully. In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace.
NEWS FLASH: I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday. I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish. I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?). I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!"
Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures.

In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact.
And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!).
