There are two big restrictions though that I see:
1. Knowing their market place and suppliers, the opportunity is restricted to US residents only.
2. No real passive income, as actual work is involved. That's a big turnoff to those who will gladly throw money at any opportunity that promises no selling required. No sales with K & B means no commissions.
On the other hand, they allow people to actually test market the products, write orders, and receive commissions without any commitment. No dealer fees and the start-up kit is optional.
I sold for the wrong company for 9 years before making the transition over the K & B. Made life a lot easier and a whole lot more profitable. It seems K & B worked out any bugs in their opportunity plan back in the 1940s, and have only improved it since then.
