I looked to see who owned the domain, and he doesn't. It's owned by someone else. This is usually a sign that whoever it is sending you the email hasn't made enough yet to afford their own URL (or has had it taken down for spamming or other violations).
The second sign that this is a fairly unsuccessful operation is the design of that webpage. It's beyond lame. Hiring a web page coder is not terribly expensive, and that eyeball blinding page is not something done by a very successful person. If you check a few other pages, you see it was copied and moved rather ineptly.
The second thing to notice is that he's supposedly going to send you money on sales from his site...but it turns out he's an affiliate of these guys: http://www.getestore.com/ -- and they don't have a mechanism for dealing with subdealer sales. You can get one of their stores and take all the profit for yourself for just $50.
Which brings us to the heart of the matter... are you just grabbing for a store because you want to make money on the Internet and it doesn't matter what you're selling? If so, that's a guaranteed way to *lose* money, and lose a lot of it. Many success stories are faked.
The real ones are where people offer services and goods that they know something about and already know how to find a market for them. Buying "a package" with "guaranteed traffic generators" is usually a quick way to take money from your bank and put it into theirs in a one way flow.
Instead of looking at golden promises, start looking at what YOU do and what YOU know about that people will pay money for.
