Hello

I am looking to create a referral site. Here is what I would like:

I would like to create a directory, say a site where you could find all of the local electricians in town. I would allow them to be on my site for free. People looking for an electrician would simply type in a name or zip code and could find all of their local electricians throughout the country. I would charge larger shops to be listed. I would like my site automated to do the following:

Allow people to enter their own info and add a photo but it wouldn't post without my approval.

I would like to be able to enter electrician articles and stories.

People could search by state, city, name or zip code.

I would like to be able to change the information on my site with ease.

I would also like to sell classified ads on my site. These could also be automated. The customer could pay and then the ad would upload but would have to be approved by me first before posting.

I want to be the owner of my domain name.

I have built my own sites in the past but this may be more of a challenge than I can handle. Can anyone refer me to an inexpensive designer that can help me with this undertaking?
