I found this at work. I work at CNN in LA. My publisher glossed over it. I though you might help. Looks like this guy got ripped off and is in trouble

Hello,

My name is James Black. I am a Computer Science Engineer. I have a very interesting story to tell.

I have been working on a technology that can clone data from one machine to another without using bandwidth. The technology is called

Beaming DATA. the company is Beaming DATA Corp a Nevada registered corporation.

The technology uses a single 280kb file that is transmitted to the clients computer. A digital DNA code called a telemetry code is sent to the binary

engine, the 280 kb file on the clients computer and the file is built on the clients computer.

This means that 100's of gigs of information, whole hard drives, entire movies can be sent to your computer instantly with little waiting and using

very little bandwidth. The only bandwidth used is the sending of the 280kb binary engine to the client and the digital dna code. The average total

kilo bits is 300kb to 500 kb. This is not a streaming technology. A single burst only totaling 500kb can render whole hard drives on the clients

computer.

This means all the system connected to the internet and private networks would have unlimited bandwidth and no bottle necking. The technology

has been evaluated to be worth Trillions over the next few years.

As amazing as this may seem the story behind the technology is a facinating one. I basically woke up with the technology in my head and drew

out the first program with colored pencils and paper. That was 11 years ago. Since then many people have tried to steal the technology and the

original papers that I have.

To protect myself I contacted associates that were helping me get the technology into a public vehicle. there has been money stollen from

investors, people have shot at me and I have even been threatened by foriegn services. At this moment I have fired everyone and I am hiding in

Palm Springs. I have contacted the FBI and Police but they will do nothing unless I am dead.

Part of the technology is in Los Angeles and the other is located at Anaciss Island in Delta BC. We call it the FACILITY. The facility is a 10,000 sqft

office and manufacturing facility that allows us manufacture Mobile DATA centers in a cargo container.

I would like to get my story out to the public. This may provide me wih protection from those who wish me harm. I am in Palm Springs. email me at

to try and stop him from crossing the boarder. They could not. He has went back to Canada.
