Regarding the above message and all of the other negative messages you read regarding MLM, or National Companies...It's really sad to see all the people out there that are so judgmental. How on earth can you possibly judge a ten year old company in the manner in which you do, that belongs to the United States Chamber of Commerce, BBB, D&B, as well as DSA? I guess all of these organizations are also "scams" or "pyramids" or "unethical". I guess the other 400-500K people that are currently involved with National Companies are just the unintelligent few that were "suckered in" huh...Wrong!!! MLM is NOT for everyone...it's for those of us that are intelligent enough to think outside the box...those of us that know if you ever want to have anything other than a J.O.B. (Just Over Broke) then you have to open your mind to other possibilities other than the typical 8-5, M-F "pyramid" a.k.a. "corporation" that barely pays you enough to have anything other than the bills paid at the end of the month; however, the CEO sits on his yacht all day while you do the grunt work building his foundation. You tell me, which would you rather do, work hard for YOURSELF and put that money in YOUR OWN pocket, or work for some (any) company in which you're helping to be successful while taking the chance that you are going to be REPLACED after dedicating your life to b/c they can't afford to pay you what you're WORTH? For those of you that deem it necessary to berate, or belittle National Companies/Team National without taking the time to educate yourselves in a better fashion, shame on you. You won't gain any kudos by doing so, you just come across as being unintelligent. One last thing-you don't HAVE to WORK this business as a business if you choose not to-you can simply use it as a savings plan on items you're already buying knowing that through TN (Team National) you'll earn a commission for choosing to shop through the site (your own site). Example: I bought an inkjet cartridge through Carrot Ink. I had never heard of Carrot Ink prior to this. I can assure you I did my thorough research prior to just "buying" through my TN site. I went to Office Depot, Staples, and Walmart's sites to name a few. I wrote down all of their prices on these cartridges and then I went to Carrot Ink. There were a couple of the stores that were $2-$4 higher per cartridge and there was one that was $1 cheaper than Carrot Ink...but then I deducted my 35% commission that Carrot ink Pays out to TN members and I ended up paying almost $7 per cartridge CHEAPER than any of the other stores. Granted, not all of the stores offer a 35% commission,(most are 2-15%) but it was something I was going to have to buy anyway and I saved money-oh and did I mention there was free shipping? With over 94 stores to choose from, Target, MACY'S, Bass Pro, Cabela's, American Express, Beall's, Ebay, Dell, Home Depot, Hallmark, Kmart...and the list goes on and on and on and on...and this is only ONE of the benefits this company offers. What about the $1,000-$4,000 rebates BELOW invoice (NOT MSRP) on automobiles with NO HAGGLING???...and the great thing is when you start saving money-it's so easy to talk about this company and THAT'S when you can start MAKING money-if you CHOOSE. I wanted to give people a little more information so at least they have an opportunity to make more of an EDUCATED decision based on a few facts, verses other peoples opinions that haven't got a leg to stand on, or are trying to get you to their own sites. We (TN) don't benefit off of the products that you buy-EVER and when people in your down line are making more $$$ than you are it's hard to call this a PYRAMID-how many secretaries, or management personell do you know that have the opportunity to make more money than the people above them??? Best wishes and success to each and every one of you already in TN and for those of you that would like more information, please feel free to email me back!!

NOTICE TO SCUMBEEZLES
(you know who you are... you scream "Foul!" when the truth comes out)
PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT.  It has been done before, but never successfully.  In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace.
NEWS FLASH:  I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday.  I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish.  I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?).  I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!"
Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures.

Although we may, from time to time, monitor or review discussions, postings and the like on the Friends In Business (Scams 101) Message Board, we are under no obligation to do so.  We are not responsible or liable for any claim arising from the content of any such discussions or postings or for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information contained within such locations on the Site.
You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane materials or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law.  You are likewise prohibited from posting any false claims against any company or individual.  We will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials.
By posting messages and/or content on the Friends In Business (Scams 101) Message Board, you give permission for Lesley Fountain/Friends In Business/Shoestring Success Publications to display, distribute and use the posting and content for publication, advertising, promotion, excerption or example.         In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact.
And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!).
