YES... I have additional info.

Accelerated Equity did not change their name... Accelerated Equity has been in business for over 10 years and, as you saw has only 4 (resolved) complaints in BBB... They are one of the largest mortgage companies in Utah... and are STILL doing business as AE.

United First Financial is the company that was launced to sell the Mortgage Acceleration Software... the Money Merge Account, which they have been doing under the u1st name for over a year.

We have now sold over 10,000 of these programs... with a money back guarantee... and with ZERO complaints in the BBB.

It was announced this week that one of the TOP 5 banks in the country is publicly ENDORSING the software, co-branding an equity line and setting up and training their own people in the software.

Is it worth the $3500? ABSOLUTELY!

The only people that say that it is not - are people that do not understand the complex calculations that go into optimizing this concept. Also... when someone says it is not worth the money and you can do it youself... simply ask them if they ARE doing it themselves.

This software is SO EFFICIENT that we can generally take someone that has ZERO discretionary income left over each month... they spend every penny they make... but we can still knock 6 to 11 years off their 30 year mortgage.

The concept is not new however... it has been around over 12 years. But up until now you could only do it 2 ways.... either as a guessing game... or by doing the math yourself. Doing the math yourself IS certainly possible. But it would take you at least an hour - maybe two, every month, month after month, year after year. Most of us would admit that we would not have the discipline for that.

The software does it for you in about 10 minutes a month... and ...let us face it. This is MATH... not horseshoes or hand grenades... common sense is going to tell us that a guessing game, or math done by a human, is never going to be as accurate as a software program.

We tell people all the time they CAN do this concept on their own and get similiar results. However since this software can save you $100,000, $200,000, $300,000, (on average) in interest... SIMILIAR results could still be $10,000, $30,000, $60,000 away from the results you would get by stepping up to the plate and simply getting the right tool for the job.

You can use the software on up to 5 primary residences... so monthly cost could be anywhere from $3 to $25 a month. To use something that is going to have you completely debt free in as little as 8 to 11 years (on average) and allow you financial freedom to put your kids through college, retire early, etc.

The software is sold by independent agents... you must take a test and score 95% and it cost $175 one time fee to sign up and have access to all training, etc.

The pay-out plan is similiar to MLM... but it is actually the same Pay Plan as Travelers Insurance used for 27 years. How it is different from most MLM is that you are NOT required to buy the product to be and agent (in fact the company will not sell the product to anyone unless they have the right loan products in place), and you do NOT make any money by recruiting agents into your team.

You do make... commissions, bonuses, and over-rides on your teams sales when you move into management.

Our agents are generally... Finanical Planners, CPA's, Realtors, Mortgage Brokers and Life Health Insurance professionals. Anyone can be an agent though it is easier for folks that have credibility in those industries.

NOTICE TO SCUMBEEZLES
(you know who you are... you scream "Foul!" when the truth comes out)
PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT.  It has been done before, but never successfully.  In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace.
NEWS FLASH:  I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday.  I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish.  I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?).  I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!"
Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures.

In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact.
And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!).
