My problem...
I'm afraid I will not want to implement a lot (or any) of the suggestions once I do work up the nerve to ask questions -- so it is likely to be a complete waste for me.
I'm perched on a very painful, pointy fence.
-- I don't want FIB to lose its "folksy," friendly feel.
-- I don't want AZOO to lose its "kid appeal."
-- I don't want to turn either one into a high-powered selling machine.On the other hand...
-- I absolutely MUST start making a living wage that will carry me through retirement, which is officially only 9 years away (yeah, right!).
Here's the poop...
-- FIB gets about 40,000 unique visitors a month.
-- AZ00 depends which stat program you believe, but in any case, it can get 70,000 (or 110,000) uniques a month.
AND I'M MAKING JUST ENOUGH TO PAY THE MORTGAGE??????????????????????

I'm trying to go in with an open mind, because while "cozy" means a lot, putting food on the table means even more.
As soon as I finish the editing job I'm working on, I'll be throwing myself into this as much as possible with homeschool starting.
I'll try to find time to chronicle my progress.
