I think by DK you mean Dan Kennedy.
There really is no reason to NOT name names especially when you're being wronged without a doubt. By your story, Dan Kennedy (if that's who you mean, and I think you do) is obviously and willingfully violating US CAN-SPAM laws which means he is a spammer and spamming is illegal in the USA which makes him a criminal (even if just a petty one).
You say you've been chewed out too many times on forums for naming names. You must have WarriorForumitis. Thats the only business/marketing forum I know of that disallows the naming of names. The reason for it is because too many marketers that frequent that forum are guilty of at least corrupt ethics and they love to protect the "guilty" there over at the WF. Oh, they claim its because they just dont want to turn the forum into a bashing fest and because it is too much for the "poor little moderators" to handle, but those of us with a brain and who have watched the way things are run there for well over 5 years know better.
Point is, if someone has wronged you in anyway there is no good reason not to name them by name. Not doing so is a great disservice to humanity as a whole. And if you can't do it on a scams forum, then there really is no point in having a scams forum now is there?
It would be like this...
Alice: I got scammed. Be careful
Bill: I got scammed too. Don't ever buy anything anywhere.
Alice: Right on!
Bill: Cool. I feel so bad for myself for getting scammed.
Alice: Me too. Can you help me?
Bill: Who was the scammer, maybe I can help.
Alice: I cant tell you, he may be innocent plus I don't want you to yell at me.
Bill: Cool. Just be careful, then.
Alice: Stay away fro this guy. He's a scammer.
Bill: Who?
Alice: I can't tell you, remember?
Bill: Oh, yeah, I forgot.
Chuck: What???See how stupid that would be?
So, finally, I have to get to my main point for the post...
Sandi, you came here for help from being harassed by a spammer/criminal yet you wont tell us who he is? Well, I have to unfortunately reply to that with a big "screw you then". If you want help with a scammer/spammer that is spammming you, then at the very least you owe us (humanity) his name so that we can avoid being scammed/spammed by him too. That's only fair and just. If all we do is help you be rid of him, then he is still free to do what he is doing and any of us can become victims. Sometimes, in order to get what you need, you're obligated by unwritten social rules to give a little.
