Golly, why so vitriolic? Who said it doesn’t work? The point is - it’s not
necessary.

With that piece of paper mentioned earlier, one needs only
to make extra principle payments each month.

This gets the job done without the needless expenditure of $3,500 for
un-needed software. And without a home equity line of credit, which
even Mr or Ms Banker would be hard-pressed to deny is a most expensive loan.
