Good grief.. I can't believe all the posts on this subject. The U1st reps who have been posting are correct in thier replies. It does indeed work. My problem is the cost of the program.
If you need more explanation on how the concept works, buy Harj Gill's book "Own Your Own Home Years Sooner" for about $25. Then if you have to absoluteoly have the software, buy it from Harj for $199.. Don't go paying $3500. That's too much money.
