My biggest concern is with commission junction. I wasn't sure if they received my w-9 form which had my social security number and some personal information, so I called them to find out. The man I spoke to didn't know any thing and seemed like he was trying to sound professional on the phone. Eventually, he decided to give me a number to a department that supposedly had access to my account information. I was put on hold a long time until he finally returned with a fax number for me to resend my w-9 form, not a number for this so-called department. After this experience, I felt very uncomfortable and insecure. I wasn't sure if commission junction was a legitimate payment method like Pay pal. I hope providing them with my SSN and other personal information won't come back to haunt me.
