If you have so much faith in your $3500 highway robbery software, than this challenge should be easy to win. But unfortunately for you, it's not that simple. You know a good savings account coupled with prepaying beats the HELOC game nowadays. All payment dates are set by employers and creditors, so no "optimization" (read: smoke and mirrors) needed.
You can say the detractors are wrong all you want, but the detractors are here saying "let's once and for all PROVE IT!!!!!" by each taking our own approach to the same mortgage/income/expense setup and see who pays off first. Then people will see how much this $3500 software is really worth (read: less than $0.)
AGAIN, LET'S PROVE IT. YOU KNOW YOU ARE A SCAM ARTIST, SO I'M GUESSING YOU WON'T ACCEPT THE CHALLENGE.
