Mili Group is not a scam. Mili gives you the tools to empower yourselves. Just like anyother investment you have to do your home work.
In general people think buying a property is no big deal. They make the investment it without a Realtor or any research. Mili solves the problem, It is not intended to create a get rich sceam or sell bunch of false realities.
It is an organization that educates the their clients about which mortgage product to use, property to buy and to protect your assets.
In any organizations their will always be a person looking out for themselves more than clients. It happens alot in Real Estate. Every person has to evalute the circumstances before they invest and REALLY look at the market.
cali. real estate is based on a different economic cycle than other areas. It is very simular to Flordia. But the markets are very over inflated and the market rhythm is very MANIC. (high highs and lows lows) in other places in the states it fallow a different pattern and is not as abrasive.
I am sorry that you whom have had the bad experience because the person you trusted to be your Realtor or mentor did not know S*** and was consumed by greed to encourage you buy.
But rule #1 don't buy on pure emotion.
#2 if you buy out of state cover your bases, learn the market, meet property managers, be wise.focus on task at a time.
