I've not heard much bad about SiteSell and Ken Evoy.
One of my first sites was hosted there and I was quite happy with what I got.
I'd go so far as to recommend them for anybody just getting started. You get all of the tools you need, plus instructions, plus hosting, for one annual fee. It's a great place to learn.
I eventually dropped it simply because I started building multiple sites using specialized tools and I can do it for less than $300 per year.
One thing I will mention is that there are "limitations" on the use of some tools; those limitations are, in my opinion, not communicated very well during the pre-sales process. As a hypothetical example (because I don't remember exact details and don't want to misrepresent anything), some tools may only be used once a day, and some tools may be no longer available once you decide on a site topic and get your domain name. But those limitations did not at all affect my ability to build a good site.
If you are interested in learning more about Site Sell / Site Build It! (SBI) -- my link (below) leads to a page where you can directly download several of their manuals. No email address or anything else is required -- just click on the link(s) of choice and your download begins. The manuals talk about different ways to start an Internet-based business. In most cases, they show you both the "manual" way to do it -- plus how much easier it is to do it using SBI. They still contain more than enough good information to help even if you decide to not use SBI.
