Sue, you make a lot of sense. It is strange that people will spend $3,500 a year on cereal but won't look at a legitimate way to fight their way out of debt and into financial freedom.
The cost of the software is high but if anyone on this board can recreate that software, they are in the wrong place at the right time. Excel experts are few and far between. Most folks are not going to take the time to program a spreadsheet with the expertise that this software has.
Look at Google to see the benefits and financial rewards for developing a specific software that benefits the market place. How much do advertisers spend to get their ads clicked on Google.
I think the product is amazing. The truth is a lot of homeowners who need the product won't purchase it because of the price. These same folks will probably lose their homes in the coming years.
When I was preaching to home owners to get their equity out of their homes and into a secure and flexible savings plan, they took their time, drug their feet and $100,000, $200,000 in equity (that could have been real cash in their pocket) is lost. It will take these homeowners years to recover their money. No one understands that equity has no rate of return.
In this dire real estate market, this software is worth its weight in gold and equity building. Try putting $3,500 on your mortgage, it will reduce your payments by pennies on the dollar. Use a mortgage reduction program responsibly... (Important phrase.. and you will save thousands and thousands of dollars in equity build up/
Hopefully, this software comes with ongoing support from the person who provides it to the homeowner. This way you can keep the homeowner on track to financial relief.
I am considering becoming an agent for this product. I think it has universal appeal and can help homeowners. Not only that but If I understand the website, agents make $1,000 per sale? That looks like a million dollars if you have loan agents that have 1,000 or more customers.
While, we moan about the price.. think what it costs to sell your house? you pay the agent 3-6 percent of the price. Need a loan, you pay 3%. Save money year after year $3,500, seems like a bargain price to me.

| PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT. It has been done before, but never successfully. In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace. NEWS FLASH: I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday. I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish. I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?). I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!" Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures. In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact. And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!). |
