Basically - would I rather shop at Costco, or the local convenience store who buys their stuff from Costco and marks it up? Multiply that times five and you see the problem with GDI. If the product was fairly-priced, it could compete on its own. To burden it with five levels of parasites looking for residual income while doing no work, doesn't make sense.
That concept appeals very much to the hopeful parasites in the middle of MLM chain, but won't be popular or successful with knowledgable end-users who are looking for service and price. So who ends up being the majority of domain owners in this operation? The participants in the middle of the chain, the ones looking for income without having to work. So the only way to expand the customer base is to appeal to the less-then-knowledgable hope-filled newbies who buy into the chain. I submit that's not a sustainable business model - to hope your customers never figure out they're being ripped off.

Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures.
