It sounds to me like the product is the conferences you are talking about. Conferences don't really qualify as a product generally. It appears that the conferences are used as the product to avoid the reality that this is nothing more than investing in selling the opportunity for others to invest in recruiting others who will recruit others, with the goal of producing 100 Millionaires before:
B. Being shut down by government agency
C. Before the pyramid collapses from it's own methods as pyramids always do.
>> life-style conferences they hold are really good. Quality product.
Other MLM companies have tried the "Educational materials" in lieu of product route and the end result was always the same. The professional recruiters who joined did well, as did some of those who got in early. The last to join lost big.
>> The people are genuine, they give you all the support in the world, you can

They are only earning a piece of the money you have paid in, before subscribing to a $1000, $2000 or more in monthly advertising campaigns.
>> They absolutely refund people's money if you want it back,
>> no problems there.
I wouldn't wait to long if you see your income doesn't exceed your monthly advertising expense.
>> A lot of people are doing really well, i've seen them i've met them.
Not uncommon for those who join early on, who have no problem with selling an empty opportunity focused on recruiting recruiters, who have to recruit more to earn a return on their fee for joining.
Does anyone ever pay to just attend the conferences? All kinds of financial managnement, real estate investing, foreign exchange classes, etc. are offered every year, and people pay to attend them. But, does anyone ever pay to attend your company classes, other than as part of the join to sell the opportunity to others to sell to others, ad nauseum?
i'm not there yet myself, have

Please give us an update on the IPO when it occurs. We have a couple regulars here who invest in the markets, who would love to know the outcome of the IPO offer and acceptance.
it is created by a guy who is a former wall street
>> fund manager who was stinking rich, took early retirement and wanted to
>> give something back in the way of helping the average person to invest
>> money the way rich people do, etc,
Yadda, yadda, yadda, not unlike all the paid ads posted in home-biz opp magazine year after year of a self-made millionaire who wants to "pay back" a portion of his success, by sharing his "Secrets for wealth", etc.
>> and that's exactly what he's doing.
How is he "giving" if he is selling all the info, conferences, advertising programs, etc.
>> it's a true story. look up their website. if people want to email me
>> personally, they can. if you wanted to hear from someone who is in
>> CarbonCopyPro, well now you have.
Yes, we have heard from a newbie, who has bought the package, hook, line, and sinker. Please post again in 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year to share your progress, and if you've actually reached the level where you are making a profit.

| PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT. It has been done before, but never successfully. In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace.
NEWS FLASH: I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday. I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish. I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?). I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!"
Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures.

In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact.
And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!).
