TRY THIS ONE. Compare two loans one with the UFF protocol (use their software to calculate) and the other a simple mortgage loan (use an online calculator). If you have two loans with the same amounts, payments, interest rate, etc. i.e., & one of the loans UFF has a $1000 discrectionary income (extra money laying around) and the other loan a traditional loan paying off the loan at $1000 per month........ now are you ready for this? THE UFF LOAN ACTUALLY TAKES LONGER TO PAY OFF ....... THE DIFFERENCE BEING THE $3500 IT TAKES TO GET THE UFF SOFTWARE ........... The above comparison is with little or no personal debts. If you have a great deal of Personal debt the UFF pays off first only because a they have taken out a second mortage loan (HELOC).....paid off this personal debt and then kept the high payment(s) they had originally til the loan was paid ....... da!!!! They look like hero's only because they paid off the personal debt with a second mortgage loan and didn't reduce their original payment(s) until the whole loan is paid off......SURE YOU WILL PAY IT OFF FASTER IF YOU DO THAT.....DA AGAIN!! AND THEY SURE LIKE TO KEEP THIS A BIG SECRET!!! They use all your UFF "discretionary" income to pay off the loan and they don't disclose this to you......anywhere....even when you ask.....it is a shell game!! All they are doing is separating you from your $3500!!!!!! All that float money UFF tries to utilize is useless. The float & interest cancellation is useless and the above comparison proves this. BUYER BEWARE!!! THIS PROGRAM IS VERY UNSAVORY & A RUSE AT BEST!!
