On the contrary, The MILI Group, Inc. has taught me to properly purchase real estate and through the Total Planning Concept, it instructs that along with each purchase to put aside months to years of emergency funds, etc. I made bad choices prior to joining the MILI due to the lack of knowledge. I chose to learn everything possible to assist others and my family in what was best for them with full integrity and ethics. In other words, every agent chooses their path. I have experienced assisting first time homebuyers and in sharing their tears of joy. I have assisted many investors and planned with them. MILI also brings in trainers on Asset Protection and this is awesome knowledge in itself. We all have the choice to learn and use what we learn to help others and our loved ones. Aside from our assistance, some investors have made their own choices and did not follow our planning, thus being affected by the market trend. The foreclosures and difficulties of this temporary market downturn has affected all Real Estate & Mortgage businesses. Many have closed their doors. Remember, the banks are the ones who created certain loans, but we, as Loan Officers must disclose everything about the loan to our clients and pray that they listen well enough to understand what type of loan they have and how to handle it as investors. Again, we are responsible to learn as much as we can to protect our clients. I chose to stay with the MILI and continue to learn more and more so as to impart my knowledge to my clients. Again, we choose how to handle our business. In addition, take the time to truly get to know our Broker & CEO, Mr. Cuong Do.
