I want to ask all of you bashing UFF a question.
What do you do for a living, and do you do it for free? I don't know what you do, but I can guarantee whatever it is, you don't do it for free. If you need a new roof put on your house, are you going to put it on? If your Heating and Air conditioning goes up are you going to fix it yourself? If you want a new house built are you going to build it? For most of you the answer is going to be no! I then ask why? YOU CAN DO IT YOURSELF CAN'T YOU? The answer is... yes you can, if you really wanted to bad enough you could do all the above by yourself (assuming no physical disabilities)? It's just more convenient, less stressful and more safe to pay somebody to do it. Right? Right! So everyone out there bashing the program my second question is- Do you doubt the UFF software works? I have yet to read a comment where an individual has said flat out -THIS DOES NOT WORK-, "I bought it and it did not work". In fact all I see is a bunch of wine bags complaining about something that just might be good for our country in general. This just might have a small impact on the horrible housing sector we have been seeing too much lately. This just might help the overall debt that us as Americans put onto the deficit every year. This just might be a "POSITIVE THING".
From the outside looking in at these blogs or whatever you want to call this bash session, it's pretty obvious that the "majority" of you that have so much hate towards this product, OBVIOUSLY have an alterior motive to your criticism. I'm not going to list the different fields you may be in but most of you know why you're doing, what you're doing. It's not just because "YOU CARE". WE'RE NOT THAT STUPID! For the "normal people" that come across this and happen to read my comment please look at the hate surrounded by this product and think about it...... why would someone put so much time and effort into trying to crush this program the way they are? If you read it's not because they bought the program and it did not work (if that was the case they would have gotten their money back, and if that happens what would they really have to be mad at?) It's simply because thay say they can do it better themselves! The reason nobody wants to "challenge" them to a "finacial duel" is simply because we don't have to! We don't need to waste our time arguing with you! We are busy helping people get to that American Dream of owning a home. So who really looks like the silly ones here? The one arguing to themselves on ths site, or the silent, confident one that knows what they are doing is a positive for their people?
Back to the beginning. You can build a house yourself and save money. You can also replace your roof on your own, you may even be able to cut your mortgage down to half the time "ON YOUR OWN". The big question is... will you? Will you have enough discipline for the next say... 10 years, and I mean ALL TEN YEARS to follow whatever kind of routine you make for yourself? Will you stick with your plan everyday for the next 10 years on your own with nothing but a pen and paper, a calculator and/or a "spreadsheet". If you think you can, than you are now officially $3500 richer. You don't need our product you have it all under control. Thats why you're on track right now to pay your Mortgage off alot earlier than expected right? Right?Thats why people are paying $3500. You're paying for a service! A service that shows you a simple, proven and guaranteed way to save you thousands of dollars in unnecessary Interest charges.
Yes I am an Agent, and I will tell you that the $3500 (1 time fee) you spend to buy the program could be expensive in some eyes and very, very cheap in others. It all depends on how you look at it. I read in one comment a woman said "people will spend $3500 a year on something like cereal but not to reduce their mortgage by multiple years and tens to hundreds of thousands in Interest.
How bad and how soon do you want to be debt free? MONEY BACK GUARANTEED. Oh, and by the way with about 100,000 clients now, UFF has not refunded back a dollar yet. So.... they must be doing something pretty good to keep that many people happy.
Now if you want to contact the furious people throughout this webpage and ask them how they do theirs, feel free it is absolutely no sweat off my back. I will tell you though, there's a reason we (UFF) are so professional, and don't get ourselves invoved with these arguments. WE DON'T NEED TO! There are Millions of homeowners just like you who are looking to do just what you are. Pay your house the fastest and pay the least to do it. And we have the best product to do it.
Thank you for reading this. I really hope you don't listen to these bozos throughout here, all they're going to do is cost you time and money with their advise. Do this- Ask them if they're going to come to your house 1 on 1 and show you everything you need to know to pay your house in the time they "say" it will happen. They won't, but we have support for you until your house is free and clear!Have a great life living it debt free. (It's much more enjoyable that way)
>> I ask you this. Why will NOT ONE SINGLE UFF agent simulate a sample
>> problem, showing the monthly money movements and progress versus a simple
>> prepayment approach? If the software saves so much money, they should be
>> beating down our doors to answer our challenges. But they aren't. They
>> actually REFUSE to simulate a scenario, because they know the $3500 price
>> tag will dwarf the typical $1 a month savings the HELOC shuffle generates
>> (especially when a simple savings account beats the $1 a month).>> You guys are SO predictable. No BBB complaints, Algorithm versus
>> spreadsheet, etc, etc. Can't you guys at least come up with a REAL
>> argument to support the software?>> Again, if the software is so freaking great (IT ISN'T!), then why
>> won't you compare it to prepayment out in the open for everyone to see?>> Cry me a river, UFF crooks!

| PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT. It has been done before, but never successfully. In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace. NEWS FLASH: I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday. I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish. I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?). I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!" Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures. Although we may, from time to time, monitor or review discussions, postings and the like on the Friends In Business (Scams 101) Message Board, we are under no obligation to do so. If you cannot accept or agree with the terms of service for this website and discussion board, you are advised not to post on this board. In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact. And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!). |
