No, you are unfair and untruthful and you twist things to make yourself look better. To "rip-off" does not necessarily mean to steal or even implies to do anything necessarily against the law. It can also mean to feel like one did not get one's money's worth because the product or service rendered was of inferior quality when it was made to seem it was if superior quality.

American Heritage Dictionary
Rip-off
1. A product or service that is overpriced or of poor quality.
(ref: http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/rip-off)

McDonald's cheeseburgers could be considered a rip off to someone who is trying them for the first time because the pictures they have on their signage make their burgers look superior to others when in fact they are inferior to others both in look and taste (because McD is not really in the burger business but in the real estate business, but that is another topic for another time). This is not illegal for McD to show misleading product pictures, however it can be considered a rip-off when you judge the actual product against the pictures.

Maybe you should stop twisting things.

UFF did NOT build a better mousetrap. What they did was build an inferior mousetrap with a packaging and copy and a high price that makes the desperate and not-so-bright) think that they are getting a better mousetrap with built-in magic.

Please stop twisting things here (and please stop telling others they are twisting things when it is you who is doing the twisting and the spinning). It is obvious you are brainwashed and/or too stubborn to admit that you have gotten yourself into a program that is questionable at best.

If I was the owner of this forum, I would lock this thread and bar you from posting.

>> So... is your home paid for?

It is not a matter of whether or not one's home is paid for but rather whether or not they are on the right or wrong track to getting it paid off. If Bill (or anyone) is using UFF's magic formulas to pay off their house, he is most likely on the wrong track.

NOTICE TO SCUMBEEZLES
(you know who you are... you scream "Foul!" when the truth comes out)
PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT.  It has been done before, but never successfully.  In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace.
NEWS FLASH:  I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday.  I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish.  I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?).  I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!"
Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures.

In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact.
And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!).
