Especially when the pricey product is not needed. The only instrument one needs to keep track of "half-timing" is the ever-popular amortization schedule. And that's available FREE OF CHARGE from one's mortgage holder. Matter of fact, the home buyer should have received one before he/she/they left the settlement table.
Your post is nothing more than a self-serving commercial for a product nobody needs. It's mind-boggling that the folks who police this forum allowed your link to be posted.
