>> And those of us who have been around the board a long time have seen a Saving money like beauty and value is in the eye of the beholder. If you noticed, BOB did not agree to set up these simple algorithms for homeowners. This would be a noble endeavor. What I see is that he and you somehow think tha the average homeowner can figure out this problem by themselves and on their own.

You can't pay for the software if you don't have equity in your home, a decent credit score and a belief that the software program can help you eliminate ongoing debt.

Your challenge is to a Company that is conducting business just like you, just like Me... just like BOB... The cost of the program or its value is in the eye of the beholder.

Offer your services for free.. you will put the program out of business. Then your worthy and lofty goal will be accomplished. But if you think for a moment that challenging the company is doing anybody any good.. Then I have a
bridge to sell you.

How does Google charge so much for their search engine... Their ad words campaigns. If people wanted to they could send their emails, post their ads, etc to thousands of webpages on their own.... The market wants instant gratification... they seek an easy way to do everything and fortunately or unfortunately, UFF offers this program to homeowner.

>> But we're not willing to encourage people already in debt and
>> struggling to pay an exhorbitant amount for information that is available
>> for free or for cheap.

=========================================================================
What you can do is point the people to the website that provides the information that they seek "FREE AND CHEAP"

That kind of preying on the desperate only lines >> the pocket of the wealthy top dog and doesn't do a thing for the poor guy >> who was hoping that the "magic solution" was really going to get >> him out of debt and straighten out his finances.
=============================================================================
The program works. Whether it is worth $3,500 is a matter of the pocketbook and the mindset of the people who purchase it. I just find it a little unsettling that this has become such a target

>> If you've got $10k or so to play with, then you have my blessing to
>> sign up for it and do whatever you like with it. But I can't recommend it
>> to people who don't have that kind of income pad.
==============================================================================
Did anyone ask you to recommend the program. It is find to say that it is too expensive....thank you for your blessings but there are people who have to make up their own mind regarding programs and mortgage payoff processes. Just seems a little negative.

Have you checked your PPC bill lately. If you get what you pay for.. it is not a SCAM... it is business... Am I right.

NOTICE TO SCUMBEEZLES
(you know who you are... you scream "Foul!" when the truth comes out)
        PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT.  It has been done before, but never successfully.  In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
        If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace.
        NEWS FLASH:  I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday.  I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish.  I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?).  I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!"
        Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures.

        In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact.
        And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!).
