I need tech help and suggestions

My daughter's email acct with Hotmail has sent out the following message to everyone in her Hotmail address book including me. The problem is that my daughter never sent it.
1rst, we are wondering how this was done;
2nd, we are wondering if her acct has been compromised to the point that she now needs to abandon it;
3rd, is there someone to report this to and if so, how do we report it?
As always, thanks in advance for any suggestions you may have. Here is the email (with full headers) that was sent minus our email addresses...
