FIB - Scams 101

Hello all. As I was replying to my first post on this forum which was labeled as spam something occured to me. How do most people find this site. I'm sure they do a search, some of there key words come up and poof, here you are. It's not rocket science or there were no forms of divine inspiration here. Simply surfing the net for info as everyone does. Also after reading the articles and tips in the first page I said to myself "What a cool site". Anyway I just wanted to say, if a post is 2 minutes old or 2 years old why should it matter? If it helps somebody or answers a question shouldn't it be a worthy post. I thought that was the idea. Somebody here watched an infomercial and I chimed in. One of the artices here says how you hate direct selling. Do you have any idea how many people hate selling. Well with the infomercial business you are not selling, you are simplpy reading from a script and placing an order for a customer who just watched a 30 minute and wants to buy what you have to sell. Now of course if you want to do direct selling and some internet marketing you will be more successful but that is up to you. With the infomercial business you direct a potential customer to the infomercial and let it do the selling for you.

Anyway, I have been selling Real Estate for 15 years and as you know the market has really taken a complete belly flop. Well this business has cushioned the blow a little bit for me and is growing every day. I have made money on the net and will share experiences with all who want to listen. I have gained a ton of knowledge from forums like this and the like. Just 12 months ago I knew nothing. Now I am putting up my own sites. I'm no guru or anything but I do come up with the occasional "hmmmmm" idea sometimes.
