Not a chance. Pretty soon the moderators will clean up your multi-posted ad, which incidentally shows you're getting kinda desperate to find takers. I can't imagine why. Maybe it's because this board has a rule against posting blatant ads and you couldn't read it?
Be that as it may: People have been figuring out their mortgages for decades before UFF came along, and it's nowhere near as difficult to do it yourself as the pied pipers of UFF would like you to believe. It's really as simple as making a couple of extra payments against the PRINCIPAL every few months or so. Any payment that brings the PRINCIPAL down shortens the interest by default, so a payment on the PRINCIPAL has a dramatic effect on the overall length of the mortgage. See how simple that is? I just gave you that information for free, which your mortgage company will give you for the same price.
