Well, i paid off my 30 year mortgage in 6 years by doing what every single mortgage accelerator does, sending more money towards it. There is no magic to your product, it's just sending more money to your mortgage, just like all the rest. No leverage, no creating money, just discretionary money goes to your mortgage, with added risk and cost. they are all what one can already do for free.
agents like yourself like to belittle me because I speak the truth and expose their little scam to the masses. anyone can already prepay their mortgage for free. $3500 is a complete joke.
you stand behind your product? So you fully disclose the HELOC shuffle savings are dwarfed by the $3500 cost? You fully disclose the HELOC method adds unnecessary financial risk? You fully disclose there isn't a single real world scenario in which MMA will outperform prepayments, especially when coupled with a simple interest bearing checking account? You fully disclose the only math skills needed to ouperform the MMA is simple addition and subtraction?
you seem to be under the impression that speaking the truth makes one frustrated. I am completely debt free and happy with my lot in life. I just chose to help people avoid financial mistakes. I think you'll find one of the most trusted investment magazines around, Kiplingers, just published an article talking about how stupid the UFF's product is.
