ok!
No matter what I say, you are going to say UFF agents suck, its a cult & are ripping people off. ok,I get that part LOUD & CLEAR.I don't agree with you but hey....Actually we are people from all walks of life. We could be your neighbor. Gasp!lol
Kudos to all of you doing spreadsheets and other software and it is working for you. I hope you stick with it and pay your homes off early! I know it can be done MANY ways. I have done it myself with my painting contract money. No software OR spreadsheets. What I am wondering here, I noticed there are SEVERAL companies who have basically the exact same software or concept as UFF, but you have not mentioned them as being a scam, or a cult.
(maybe I am wrong, but I think Calvins NFF=CULT might have been an LDS slam, which I am NOT mormon, nor do I live in SLC, where the business originated)I am not certain why he thinks a sales force is a cult but to each his own.
Since I am sure that you folks have researched all of this:
Please someone tell me the difference between UFF software, verses Anagram Financial, CMG Financial Services (which is through GMAC) and MacQuaries. The concept looks all about the same, the only thing is price. Which so far besides anagram (not sure on their price) UFF is less expensive or about the same.I understand none of them are as inexpensive as microsoft and the freebies. So is what bothers some of you the thought that 'agents' are making money at this (free enterprise) instead of a traditional store business or some of you believe its a MLM from SLC or because you have not heard of the others, and if you have do you think they are all scamming or overpriced as well?As far as Kiplingers goes, I did read that article. While Kiplingers is a good source of financial info, please keep this in mind.
The media reports what it wants. They can try to make or break a company, wheather it is good or bad. The lending instituions do not want us to succeed. They would be losing billions from people who pay off there homes early. It makes me wonder if the article was written or motivated by a lending institution, who may run ads with them.(kind of like UFF supposedly paying the 4 different magazines off) It makes me wonder if lending institutions or competitive software don't have people even on this site dissing UFF. The article said maybe you shouldnt pay your home off early. Have any of you met ANYONE who regrets paying their home off early, thus saving thousands? Notice she does not say anything abut the OTHER software companies as a whole which offer the same thing, basically singling UFF out. I will have to take that article with a grain of salt. Especially the MLM and recruting comment. We get paid over rides for training new agents. Kind of like Staples management gets paid bonuses for how much money it brings in.
So are they ALL scam rip off artists in your opinion because of the cost or not?
So before you get paranoid, I AM NOT wanting customers on this site.(Like that would go over well anyway lol, I know some of you think I'm crazy for selling software of UFF, but I'm not totally nuts to try and sell it to the most negative nellies about it)I am not wanting you to even remotely LIKE UFF.
I just want to know why and what reason you targeted it in such a negative way
but not the other companies.
Hopefully without getting condemned for asking. Thanks, Kathy

FIB - Scams 101 is maintained by Lesley Fountain with WebBBS 5.12.
| PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT. It has been done before, but never successfully. In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace. NEWS FLASH: I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday. I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish. I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?). I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!" Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures. Although we may, from time to time, monitor or review discussions, postings and the like on the Friends In Business (Scams 101) Message Board, we are under no obligation to do so. We are not responsible or liable for any claim arising from the content of any such discussions or postings or for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information contained within such locations on the Site. You are likewise prohibited from posting any false claims against any company or individual. We will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials. If you cannot accept or agree with the terms of service for this website and discussion board, you are advised not to post on this board. In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact. And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!). |
