If you didn't sign up...and if you didn't give 'em your credit card #, it's
a case for John Law - not just your credit card company. Also, if you actually didn't sign up, one would think you'd ask for more than "some kind of a refund." One would expect you'd DEMAND credit for all the payments they've charged you.You say you have THREE months of charges you didn't ask for on you card. Seems to have taken you awhile to notice.
Don't people usually scan their credit card bill at "bill paying time"?
