I've been watching this thread from the sidelines because I do not pretend to know anything about Tellman Knudson or his business.
Sarah seemed like a decent person -- and she left a phone number, so any cries of "They don't respond to email" sort of lost their punch.
I was intending to ask if anyone has actually called the number Sarah provided and what the result was.
Then... (oh, the drama!)...
Sarah (aka Sarah Knudson) morphs into Peter, who morphs into Cesar just minutes later.
Horrors! They've been caught impersonating happy customers!!
A word of warning... It's been done before and caught before, and a favorite tactic is to come back and claim everyone covers a shift on the customer support desk so it's perfectly reasonable all these people are posting from the same computer, don'tcha see?
In any case -- *HAS* anyone called the number Tellman's Sister Sarah (Brother???) Peter (Father???) Cesar provided???
I'm not saying I believe anything is going to change -- but if your goal is to get the charges to stop and recoup your "investment" (and I use the term loosely), and "sending another request" ain't gettin' the job done...
MAKE THE CALL --
then PLEASE COME BACK AND TELL US WHAT HAPPENED so that others may learn from the pickle jar into which you have fallen.
It's entirely possible (almost certain, even) that your only recourse will be your credit card company -- but at least TRY calling the number the womanmanman provided.
Our purpose here is to save Opportunity Seekers from being taken to the cleaners, and they are most likely to believe "the naysayers" once you can show that all options have been exhausted.
