As to not using my real name---- You'll have a lot of fun proving that, no doubt. I have ALWAYS used my real name here on this board. Occasionally I post on other boards and when I do, it's either under my real name-- see above-- or as mjmsprt40. These are the only "handles" (old CB lingo there) that I ever use online. Even when I use the other handle, there's a link on those boards that give you information that just happens to include my real name-- see above.

Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures.
