Of Course the whole objective is to pay more on your mortgage. But how many of the average Americans are going to do it. Only about 5%. So the rest of the people either can't make the committment, don't know the stragegy or need direction. So UFF is just a company that has spent time and money developing a computer model that helps make the decision for them. If an individual decides to become a client, so be it.

Surely you as an Engineer wouldn't fault another engineer who went from a slide rule to a calculator becuse he could figure out how to payoff his home mortgage faster by creating a special amortization schedule that would tell him when is the optimal time to place a large payment of extra principal, would you.

Value is in the eye of the beholder. You someday will be the seller of something and you will have a price that you want for it. But as far as its real value, it is only what I as a buyer are willing to pay for it.

If I see that the price of the MMA software is a bargain to me, then who are you to judge whether or not I am an idiot or a genius. If I save one hundred thousand in interest for the price of $3500, would I be a fool or a genius?

As a God fearing man, I have no need to lie here as I do not sell the MMA program. I have the knowledge to know right from wrong, good from bad and true or false. Just as you said that I would have a clean house after 36 months but still out $3600, I too could get of my rear end and clean it myself. Just as a home owner with a mortgage could go out and learn about accelerating thier own payments. BUT THEY DON"T. Thats the point.

Many people who join the military need the discipline to take control of their lives. So do the home owners. If everyone had the dicipline to save money and payoff their mortgage asap, then we would have this financial crisis that we have. But from your point of view, it seems, why don't people just save up the entire purchase price of their home and then they would have no debt from a mortgage. BECAUSE THEY DON"T.

You being an engineer, are a high T person and must perform an analysis on everything you do. But isn't it true that the only things you really benefited out of life is when you said yes. You said yes to your spouse or loved one, your home, your car and your job. All those things you enjoy. But by saying yes to the MMA program, you are not saying yes to a salesman but the benefits that come from UFF and what it has to offer.

Lighten up, so this program wasn't for you, and by now we all know that we can just pay more on the principal of our loan. If you really want to rant about something, read your whole life policy and see where you are being scsmmed on your life insurance.

NOTICE TO SCUMBEEZLES
(you know who you are... you scream "Foul!" when the truth comes out)
PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT.  It has been done before, but never successfully.  In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace.
NEWS FLASH:  I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday.  I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish.  I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?).  I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!"
Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures.

Although we may, from time to time, monitor or review discussions, postings and the like on the Friends In Business (Scams 101) Message Board, we are under no obligation to do so.  We are not responsible or liable for any claim arising from the content of any such discussions or postings or for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information contained within such locations on the Site.

By posting messages and/or content on the Friends In Business (Scams 101) Message Board, you give permission for Lesley Fountain/Friends In Business/Shoestring Success Publications to display, distribute and use the posting and content for publication, advertising, promotion, excerption or example.         In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact.
And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!).
