Paying thirty-five hundred dollars for a piece of software is a better solution? I seriously doubt that, especially when I can point to a financial advisor that says something different than you would have us believe.
I've read the papers, and I keep up with some of this MLM stuff too. Surprise, MLM doesn't seem to work for a large number of people either. That could be the fault of the program, or of the people involved, or possibly a host of other issues. This particular one doesn't exactly inspire great confidence, especially when I, a relative mathematical dummy, can do at least as well as your magical overpriced software using only some inexpensive tools.
MMAs do not,and can not, produce money out of thin air. In order to pay down your mortgage faster, you have to trim other areas of your budget and possibly find a way to increase your income. Then you put that money that you "find" doing those things toward paying down your mortgage. UFF salespeople have tried to sell the lie that you can pay your mortgage faster without changing your lifestyle, and the simple truth is that it can't be done. That's like those diet gurus who try to tell you that you can lose weight without excersizing or eating a sensible diet. Hey, if you can lose weight without lifestyle changes, great-- but for most of us it requires basic changes in the way we live. So does paying down your mortgage faster. There are no magic pills, Virginia.
