FIB - Scams 101
BeBiz , Internet Marketing Center

I'm just wondering if anyone has any information about the new EBiz program through Internet Marketing Center. I was going to buy the regular course (Corey Rudls program) when I saw a few other things from IMC. I inquired about BeBiz and spoke to someone last night from there. We spoke for over an hour and he basically interviewed me to see if I was a good fit for their program. He told me I was but I'm wondering if they tell everyone that just to get their money. I've seen great reviews on this site from MawMaa and others so I want to believe the guy I spoke to but I'm still skeptical. I'm debating if it is worth the money or not? It is a 6 month program where they teach you basically everything about Internet Marketing. He says that after I complete the course (there are apparently assignments and quizzes that I must pass) that I will be certified as a Internet Marketing Specialist. Whether that will help me be succesful or not I don't know ?? They give you a free laptop computer and help you get your own website started. The price though is $3,000 which is kind of expensive on my budget. If I know for sure that this course is worth it, I will find a way to come up with the $3,000. I've wasted ALOT of money in the past on other stuff that never worked though and I hate to do it again. They also have an Advanced Mentoring Program for people who have some business experience (such as me, even though nothing has worked). This course was between $7,000 and $9,000 which is way out of my price range unfortunately. The guy wanted me to join the Advanced Mentoring Group but I told him I just couldn't afford that. He's supposed to call back in a few days to see if I've made a decision on the basic course to be an Internet Marketing Specialist and get started on my website with BeBiz. If anyone knows anything about this I would appreciate any and all responses because $3,000 is alot of money to spend if this is another scam. Or even if it's not a scam but just not worth the money, I would love to know. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

| PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT. It has been done before, but never successfully. In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace.
NEWS FLASH: I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday. I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish. I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?). I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!"
Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures.

In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact.
And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!).
