>>my experience with dry tech is such that they dont even deserve for their name to be capitalized. i signed on as a lead finder and lost money. i bought one of their machines and lost money. the bottom line is they are a SCAM and i am currently trying to get my money back. they did not provide what they promised and they seemed annoyed when i confronted them with the fact that the machine they sent me and the print ads did not match. they promised all kinds of support but all i got was the guy on the other end of the phone talking in an unprofessional manner to me. he wanted me to upgrade to a machine that matched print ads they sent me. this would have only meant more money for their pockets. i got really discouraged and sent their machine and their print ads back and started the process of getting my money back. because i ordered through a credit card, i got the credit card company to work for me. so far, i got part of my money back and am still working on getting the rest back. needless to say, i cant get my what i spent on post cards, flyers, ink stamp etc. i hope you seriously consider what you are doing if you plan to deal with this company. eric levine, dale, raul, frances. there are so many of them. so many different extentions. they are all full of bs. when i first called them, their point of contact # was 8005077022. now it has changed to an 818 number. i beleive any positive postings you read on this siste are posted by one of dry tech people. they are trying to put a positive swing on such a negative business. they should be put out of business. I promised myself that when I finally quit Dry-tech Systems that I
>> would post my personal Opinion. I wouldn't exactly say that dry tech is a
>> scam but I can guarantee that you will not make money and that you will
>> lose all the money you put out for stationary or whatever else you pay
>> for. Sure they offer your money back but only the $149 if and when you
>> return their kit before the 90 days is up. THey also get you to try to
>> sign up for their Gold Lead Finder Program which is another $798 and also
>> BS. THey only want your money and they try to swindle you out of trying to
>> get your refund. And when you return your kit they will sit on your refund
>> until you call them 100 times for it. Then they will say its past your 90
>> days and you will not get a refund. I am speaking as an ex employee of
>> Dry-Tech. I feel sorry for the men and women who thought they were going
>> to be making money and instead lost hundreds. I talked to probably 100
>> people a day when I worked there and I never talked to one person who
>> could tell me they made $1200 commission. This is a horrible company and
>> ERIC LEVINE should be ashamed of himself for taking peoples hard earned
>> money. He sits back and takes your money while you work hard for it. He
>> does not know how to run a company and doesn't even pay his employees for
>> Holidays. LOL thats the kind of person he is. It seems to me that the
>> people who do fall for this are Older people who are maybe retired and
>> looking to make some extra money and who don't realize what they are
>> getting into until its too late. I'm not saying everyone has to listen to
>> my message but if you don't want to lose money do not invest in this
>> business. IT will be a nightmare. The biggest complaint I got was people
>> were getting the wrong impression. They thought they were getting business
>> cards and post cards and things to advertise but they were not. FOr $149
>> the were getting just the Binder to tell you about the company and how to
>> advertise. then you need to buy your own business cards and post cards and
>> it takes about a month to get it. I don't know how Eric Levine sleeps at
>> night. How can someone run a business like this. Anyway, I urge you all to
>> think very hard about this before you invest any kind of money and
>> Hopefully my posting has made you change your mind about this business and
>> we can help put him out of business.

| PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT. It has been done before, but never successfully. In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace.
NEWS FLASH: I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday. I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish. I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?). I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!"
Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures.

In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact.
And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!).
