>> PhilippinesActually if you read the sales letter before you buy the CD it says you will be signing up for a trial period of the list building club, after the trial time your card will be charged. If you don't want it to be charged, you should unsubscribe from the club before the trial period ends. Also if you hit the "go back to cart" button when you are in the checkout procedure, you can see the list building club checked as "1 free trial", if you don't want to sign up for it, you can de-select it there, or just as the sales letter states, call to unsubscribe within the trial period.
I am not affiliated with them nor have I signed up to purchase their CD. I am just astute enough to read everything before I buy anything, especially when my credit card is going to be involved. And anyone anywhere knows it takes more than 24 hours to return any charge, regardless of wether or not it was done electronically.

Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures.
