>> I have been a mortgage broker, real estate broker and financially
>> estute for many years. Over those years, I have baby sat many clients who
>> don't know how money really works and they never will.
I have similar credentials having licenses in both the mortgage industry and real estate. I would never recommend this scam to any client, friend, or family. Maybe an enemy....

I am sure you want everyone to refinance every 3 – 5 years so that you can make money. Calling this a scam reveals that you are resistant to change, have not a clue how the program works and are negative to anything outside your area of understanding.

>> Just as we teach our students, there are many that fall behind because
>> they don't understand the subject at hand. We can show them, over and over
>> but many just don't get it.
So you lie and say your software can shave years off their mortgage without "change of lifestyle" when actually they have to on average double their mortgage payment?

Another example of how you DO NOT understand the program. “…when actually they have to on average double their mortgage payment?” What were you smoking when you came to this conclusion? Their mortgage payment does not change, paying the $3500 is spread out over the remainder of the term, it is the best investment anyone can make – it beats any $70.00 program, but then if you do not understand a program or are afraid of it, no amount of FACTS will change your mind.

>> So, here come UFF and their MMA program that is not designed to be
>> their teacher but their mentor.
it is strictly designed to separate the person from $3500
>>The program says "Follow my
>> instructions and I will get you out of debt." Simple enough. Most
>> people get that. Considering the fact that most people in their life will
>> never have someone explain how money works, and why things are done in a
>> specific way, they will continue to stroll through life and just rely on
>> Social Security to be their saving grace.

Actually there are several tools, books, calculators, cheap budget software and other utilities that are free or cheap that work better then UFF. If you would direct your clients to these instead of picking their pocket they would be better off.

Name them - show how and then calculate the amount of time busy people have to learn how to use this tool, read that book, get that calculator and stick to a “cheap budget software” budget and other utilities and then make one mistake and “poof” all your effort costs you money. Install the MMA program update one hour a month, see the graphical results, see the implications to your get out of debt program of making a contemplated purchase, and make decisions based on facts – without little change to your lifestyle. We have to say little change to your lifestyle because when your lifestyle gets better it is a change.

>> This program if followed, will relieve them of certain duties in their
>> financial realm much like the remote control to your garage. Things are
>> easier if people are told what to do and when to do it. Thats life.
And Microsoft money or quicken cant do that for 2% of the price?

Neither can not do what the MMA can do – and they do not have to learn how to run the program, just do data entry as to the FACTs of their activity and let the software guide them, not only showing the results of their financial activity, but also showing them a roadmap to a debt free existence.

>> Regardless of the price of the program, if it makes life easier for
>> people and they can concentrate on other factors in life like children,
>> work, school, and retirtement decisions, then they will hopefully be
>> better off.
You convince people to buy $50 rotten apples when they can get a bag of fresh ones for $5. Con man you are.

You accuse us that will get people out of debt of being con artists – look in the mirror.

>> If you have a maid come and clean your house for $100.00 a month, what
>> have you gain but a clean house that you are going to mess up again
>> anyway. Do this for 36 months, and you are still out $3600.00 and all you
>> have to show for it is a clean house.

UFF does not save you time and is not easier then simply sending in more money each month on your own. It is not even as efficient as simply pre payment because it costs you $3500 and puts your low interest debt at a higher interest.

Again you have not a clue of how the MMA program works – not a clue.

>>So $3500.00 is not that big a deal
>> in the grand scheme of things, but becoming debt free is a big deal and
>> the ultimate goal of the program. So for every minor comeback you have for
>> this program, it is not relevant if this program does what it promises and
>> get you out of debt sooner than you would have on your own.
You could direct your clients to a $70 product that does a better job but you choose to line your pockets instead.

Not True!

NOTICE TO SCUMBEEZLES
(you know who you are... you scream "Foul!" when the truth comes out)
PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT.  It has been done before, but never successfully.  In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace.
NEWS FLASH:  I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday.  I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish.  I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?).  I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!"
Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures.

Although we may, from time to time, monitor or review discussions, postings and the like on the Friends In Business (Scams 101) Message Board, we are under no obligation to do so.  We are not responsible or liable for any claim arising from the content of any such discussions or postings or for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information contained within such locations on the Site.

By posting messages and/or content on the Friends In Business (Scams 101) Message Board, you give permission for Lesley Fountain/Friends In Business/Shoestring Success Publications to display, distribute and use the posting and content for publication, advertising, promotion, excerption or example.         In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact.
And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!).
