I myself am a certified Arise agent. It's not a bad idea but they have so many pitfalls and so unavailable!

First of all if you have any problems you have to go through a portal and submit tickets. If you have a series of problems it takes forever to go through it all because they only answer one thing at a time.

Some of my direct deposits got rejected by my bank (which the bank never confirmed and never seen) they are so easily deducting $25 from you but when I could not work for days or when the system was down we did not get compensated. Above all they deducting $19 from you bi-weekly!

I dont know who is able to make $25/hour I am glad sometimes if I make 12. Maybe I chose the wrong client.

It's very expensive to work for Arise, they charge sometimes over $200 for a class that you have to take in order to service a client and you spend 3-4 hours in class every day for 2-3 weeks. You dont get compensated, you pay! Then you start servicing your client and then they deduct from you bi-weekly.

I dont mind paying their fee but I mind that there is not a number you can call when you have issues (only tech support which you sometimes have to wait 2 hours). I mind that they are very unfair with their policy when they are making 160.000+ on us bi-weekly! They state they have 8000 agents. We all pay $20 bi-weekly! Just count and they are not able to compensate us when they make a mistake!
