Things are starting to look up with this 800#
Last Friday afternoon, around 6:00, I was debating wether or not to go out to Kmart...so I left, and sure enough, when I came back I saw my MajicJack screen was opened and I had missed a call.
So I checked my voice mail with ringcentral, heard the nice message and called the guy back...
...turns out that man has been reading my inetstart.com website for 4 months now.. but still didn't understand a few minor details...
So after I exlained everything to him he was very impressed and kept asking if when everytime he calls if he was going to get me on the line...so of course I said yes. So..he's gonna talk to his wife and then join.. and he sounded very commited... He also said he had a good feeling about me and already had a good idea for a niche market in custom built computers...
Then today, this morning, an existing customer, a guy who ordered my ebooks and membership from my estorefrontguide.com last week called me and asked me when he was going to get his books.. he was really nice about it... I told him he had receved his passwords right away in his email box, (but he hasn't checked it since last week) I explained to him that I do not mail out any materials and that I made the guides into ebook format so that I could update it constantly... He liked that idea... I also explained that if I was to start selling published hard cover books then it would cost so much more.. so he didn't mind at all.. he asked me a few questions on niche markets and was very impressed with my answers because he wanted to sell everything on the planet from every top selling category and that's not the right way to go..so at least now he's heading in the right direction and he's a happy customer.
Then just a few minutes ago, a real cool guy who works in a major electronics/computer retailer explained to me that he wanted to start his own computer reseller business instead of working for them... This guy already had good sales knowledge with computer products but just needed to understand, sole proprietorships, incorporating, bulding the website etc... he found my site last week and kept reading it everyday... we actually became friends on the phone... so he told me for sure he would be joining this week..
So...so far so good... I'm not worried about taking orders on the phone and I never press for the sale.. I always just try to help them and then let them make the decision...
I was taught that by one of the best 10 years ago... always try to help them and never press or push for the sale..
I would much rather have them place their order online...
I already got a few orders over the weekend and I have seen my subscriber list increase as well sinse I got this 800 number...
so..so far so good... This is going to be interesting...
