The current trend for any pyramid, ponzi, Aussie 1 or 2-up, matrix scheme is to have all the initial distributors set up a site asking if such and such is a scam. So by blocking up the first 3 or 4 pages with recruiting sites listed under the 'scam' question, they hope to convince people that searched extensively through the first 2 or 3 pages that it is genuine.
Paying out $800 or $1200 checks for the first 2 to 6 months isn't all that difficult if you have some seed money to start with. Many will drop out and never get a second check. I didn't look to see if they have a monthly fee for participants or not, but charging $325 for new distributors, in exchange for 300 leads and a couple downlines doesn't make me feel all warm and comfy about their plan.
Leads, new downline members, and education don't qualify as products.
By the way, when these type schemes are busted, those early in winners have found that the Federal or State agencies responsible for policing such operations have seized the money that was paid to earlier participants to be spread out as far as it will go among the recruiter. And some promoters have found themselves doing time for their fraudulent activities.
I was surprised to learn that they prefer payment by Money Order mailed to a PO drop box (Not a US Post Office box). That sends up red flags as they are rejecting both credit cards and PayPal that allow victims to file claim and reverse the charges. In addition, many companies including American Express have quit issuing Money Orders due to the number of counterfeit M.O.s that are circulating.
Too many red flags for me to consider, even if I was ethically-challenged and didn't worry about recruiting others who I knew eventually would lose when the high-volume recruiting necessary to sustain the cash-flow for the payouts exceeded the number of willing victims willing to buy into this garbage.
