>> I'm sorry to say that I am a victim of TJ's "We Do It All for you Advertising and Management Service. I was told that I would be one of 9 in a group in his Pilot Program. I could buy 1,3 or 5 share. I choose a 3 share. I paid $997 on my charge card, plus $81 per month. I paid the $997 in 3/08 and the $81 started in 4/08. I was told that I would receive weekly checks. I called M.O.R.E to inquire about my checks . I was told that would receive a gaint bonus in May. (ItNEVERhappened.) A week after I joined I got another sales letter in the mail stating that the company was in trouble and needed money and that if I gave them $4985 that I would become a Platinum Plus member and a Founding Member of the DRN. When I called about the potential income I was told that I would get 100% of the commission. I haven't worked since 7/07 when I got hurt in a work related accident. I'm completely disabled, I have no income. I told this to the Shelley at M.O.R.E I was told don't worry, with the money we will make you, you'll be ok. I feel so stupid and used. I told them upfront that I had no income, disabled and they still took my money. I have been paying M.O.R.E $181 in the hopes that they will make me the promised money. They even got me in 9/08 for $999 for additional advertising expenses on the internet. Shelley called my home and said that since I'm one of TJ's best customers he has a special going rate. 6 million email blast for $999. Did I get any sales off of that email blast? Heck NO. I also get sales letters and phones calls several times a week both from TJ and Eric. Eric had the vacation scam running last spring and summer. They claim that their early clients made between $350k-800k in 6 months. Now Eric in doing something with a cow. When I add up all the money that I have paid M.O.R.E since 3/08 its $10,000.00. I did get a few checks June 08 $17 Aug 08 $20+ Sep $25 Oct 08 $26 You get the picture I'm giveing them $181 a month and getting backbetween $20-$30..
THEIR SALES LETTER READS:
"THIS TELLS YOU ALL ABOUT OUR BRAND NEW 'Advertising and Management Service' that is designed to make you huge sums of money while we do all the work for you. Thank you for sending for my Special Report that tells you about an all-new way to get paid HUGE SUMS OF MONEY-WITHOUT lifting a single finger!!!
In the sales letter it sates that this pilot program could pay you for years.
It also states in the the sales letter that its a trillion dollar industry.
He also puts an urgency to the sales pitch with a P.S "IF YOU DON'T CLAIM YOUR LIFETIME PILOT PROGRAM POSITION-YOU WILL NOT GET THIS AMAZING NEW WAY TO LET US HELP YOU CAH -IN FROM THIS HUGE GAP IN THE ONE TRILLION DOLLAR FRANCHISE MARKET...
P.P.S THIS OPPORTUNITY WILL EXPIRE WHEN ALL PILOT PROGRAM POSITIONS ARE FILLED.-I MUST HEAR FROM YOU NOW, BEFORE IT'S TO LATE. I NEED TO FILL UP ALL THE POSITIONS FAST-SO MY STAFF AND I CAN START RUNNING ALL OF THE WEEKLY MARKETING PROMOTIONS THAT ARE DESIGNED TO PAY YOU HUGE SUMS OF MONEY....."
All of that urgency should have screamed run away. Alarm bells should have be going offf in my head. Am I so blind to making money that I ignored the warning signs? I have 2 college degrees. I consider myself smart. I was heavily medicated at the time. Pain pills, muscle relax etc. Could all of the meds clouded my judgement?
According to their own sales letter I should have HUGE sums of money in the bank right now instead of oweing $10k in creditcard debt and driving a 16 year old car. TJ is making has millions by praying on babyboomers such as myself who dream of money. I have been poor and struggled all of my life. When I got this sales letter from TJ, I thought that it was a blessing. I read the letter more than 50 times before I called. I looked for loop holes. I even shared my concerns with Shelley at M.OR.E and I was told that I had nothing to worry about, that TJ was honest, a man of integrity and that he would make me money. If you don't make money , we don't make money, that is our motto. I'm sure they made a lot more than the measly $100+ they paid me. I wish that I would of found this website before I handed over thousands. I'll get a statement from them every once in a while stating you don't owe us anything this is a statement of you advertisment expenses. But that is all the paper says. There are no breakdowns of expenses on the paper. I tried to take my loses on my tax returns. My tax advisor told me I couldn't because it was considered co-op advertising. So I couldn't even get a break there. The more I write the angrier I'm becoming. I let off enough steam on you kind people, it's 5:30 am est and I have physical therapy in a few hours. I should get a little shut eye. I guess I'll take one poster's advise and contact the BBB and my State Attorney general. Has anybody out their been getting free invitation from TJ to attend one of his 3 day seminar in Gossell, KS on JUN 23, 24, &25 I have received four of them. PS Sorry if there are any typos, as it was late when I tripped over this site. Again thanks folks for being a sounding board. As the saying goes I made my bed I got to lie in it. May my story will keep other from falling into their trap. Goodnight everybody! JJ

NOTICE TO SCUMBEEZLES
(you know who you are... you scream "Foul!" when the truth comes out)
PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT.  It has been done before, but never successfully.  In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace.
NEWS FLASH:  I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday.  I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish.  I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?).  I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!"
Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures.

You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane materials or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law.  You are likewise prohibited from posting any false claims against any company or individual.  We will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information or materials.
By posting messages and/or content on the Friends In Business (Scams 101) Message Board, you give permission for Lesley Fountain/Friends In Business/Shoestring Success Publications to display, distribute and use the posting and content for publication, advertising, promotion, excerption or example.         In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact.
And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!).
